I have booked my tickets for events through this website. I always did bulk bookings as I bought the tickets together. Chilli tickets were helpful when I bought 20 tickets for the Karma event that was held in Anokha last year as I wanted a discount and they helped me contact the event manager. Same happened with the Aaja Nachle event in London Darbar.
