The last events have proven to be simply the best clubbing that Birmingham has to offer and have been massive parties attended by hundreds of Funkshaan’s flavoured clubbers. This time the party begins at the much loved Dragon Eye, Birmingham, so at last there will be an alternative option to party on a Bank Holiday Sunday, with the main room line-up headed up by Dan Kelly from Galaxy and Rush the DJ - so you can be assured that it will be one to remember.
As a DJ, Dan Kelly from Galaxy is recognised for his infamous, diverse club sets. Known for mixing everything from Hard jackin' house, R&B fused beats to funky up-tempo disco and funk - words aren't enough to describe the magnitude of his dedication, style and finesse, but words can describe his set on the night. Funky, retro and danceable all cleverly infused with slamming jams.
Alongside him is the other main room headliner Rush the DJ, who’s no stranger to Funkshaan’s dance-floor. DJ Rush A.K.A Rush the DJ is one of the UK’s fastest rising stars. Having propelled himself from relative obscurity to a firm fixture on the A-list in just a few short years. Renowned for his impressively quick and consistently tight mixing skills and varied set-lists he has rapidly gained respect from all areas of the music fraternity. Not content with being one of the countries most sought after spinners he can also boast of having an impressive back catalogue of studio releases under his belt on the likes of 4Play Records.
They’ll be joined by Funkshaan DJs Manga (Galaxy - Desi Dance Beats), Parm Panesar and a dj-line up unmatched by any other club that weekend. As always expect a mix of smooth RnB mixed in with a funky slice of dance, the best in desi beats, all topped off with the latest in Urban cuts and bootleg rhymes. Expect one of the most up for sexy crowds of the Easter holiday – this is party not to be missed!
