The event offers a unique opportunity for young people in the UK to realise their inherent potential to lead a healthier and happier life. It aims to offer practical tools / techniques and interactive sessions with one of the greatest Eastern philosophers (Bhupendrabhai Pandya) of the modern age and promises to be a life-affirming journey for all those who attend. Bhupendrabhai Pandya, a pioneering and well-known international speaker on subject matters including life coaching, management and spirituality will be presenting at this seminar.
The event is aimed at working professionals aged between 23 and 40 and will be presented in English. Although it is open to people of all ages and backgrounds (it is advised that this event will not be suitable for younger generations i.e. below the age of 18).
The event offers practical guidance and tools and techniques in dealing with the challenges of modern day living. These challenges include:
Saturday 2nd August [Day 1]
Creating better relationships (e.g. techniques for finding Mr / Mrs Right, building better relations with parents / in-laws / siblings, why relationships go wrong, how to get the best out of your partner) followed by refreshments, an interactive Q&A session and lunch;
Balancing duties and responsibilities (e.g. eastern wisdom revealing how to prioritise the people in your life e.g. family / partner / children / friends, creating a work-life balance, prioritising your needs) followed by refreshments, an interactive Q&A session and exclusive networking event for delegates only
Sunday 3rd August [Day 2]
Living in the present (e.g. age old tried and tested techniques to deal with stress, worry, anger and better time management) followed by refreshments, an interactive Q&A session and lunch;
Developing positive mental attitude (e.g. eastern philosophies and techniques to boost your confidence, self-esteem, understanding and applying the power of thought, being and staying happy) followed by refreshments and an interactive Q&A Session
