Chilli Tickets Ltd acquires Asian Events UK
ChilliTickets.com Ltd has expanded it's position within the online Asian events ticketing market by acquiring Asian Events UK, 2 years after it's own launch. The deal was completed on 4th April 2008 and was carried out between Chilli Tickets Ltd and Sundeep Arora c/o Asian Events UK.
The move which is beneficial to both parties is a fantastic opportunity for Chilli Tickets Ltd to expand and drive forward their UK Business, and develop an unparalleled service. It is also a great opportunity for Asian Star Management (formerly Asian Events UK) to focus on their core business of event organising and working with ChilliTickets as a key strategic marketing and sales partner.
