How will I get my seat number?
Tickets purchased for concerts and theatre events through ChilliTickets are allocated on a first come first served basis. The earlier you book your tickets, the better seats you will be allocated.
On completion of your order, you will be presented with your E Ticket. This E-ticket must be presented at the venue box office on the day, where your actual seat number and location will be given to you.
Where possible, tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together in the best possible seats for your group size.
Tickets booked separately may not be seated together on the performance day.
Please note that as part of our standard policy, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
